compound tactical failings abroad. "His values are not my
values," John Feeley said, of Trump. He quit this March.
This is another very sad story, of course. The details are
rather fascinating. They include changes in the relations and
attitudes between the United States and Panama and between the
United States and Mexico that will take a long time to restore if
they can ever be restored.
