Before 6pm today PLEASE add your comment at the Sierra Club web site, because it matters to some other good people whether you do that or not.  It is to address the DEC of NY. It is to try to stop proposed new huge dumping of radioactive waste from fracking, into place that is not prepared to contain any such thing.

The voice is that of Victoria Hovhannisyan.  She is a Russian girl, 13 years old.  Last night one of my two beautiful sisters alerted me to her existence.  My sister remarked in passing that this girl almost leads her to believe in reincarnation.  I believe that I can see what she meant by that. :-)

This time the audio quality from YouTube is very slightly better, technically, than what I have put up for you there at ge.tt.  That is because mp3 files work more universally for audio only, and I converted the mp4 audio and video for you for that reason, because the mp3 format works almost instantly for you at ge.tt.  The audio quality in the mp4 file is 192 kbps, so my conversion to an mp3 cannot possibly be better than that even though mine says 320 kbps.  That means the one I made is of high enough quality to be almost but not quite as good as whatever was the source.  Anyway, please enjoy it either way or both ways, one at a time.  And if it does not turn out to be good for you then I invite you to let me know. :-)
