Just another HUMONGOUS piece of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's horrible record of favoring no one but the wealthy outside the borders of the American continent. One "little" thing she did was to bring on huge opposition to raising the minimum wage from 26¢ per hour to 61¢ per hour. So that proposal lost, favoring U.S. and international business investors whether the majority of Haitians like it or not.
