You may remember Ray MGovern's name--the mouthy ex-CIA analyst. Here he is again--an excellent article about events old and new with the Presidency and the CIA. It starts with the somewhat startling anger and upset that George W. Bush reports in his memoir at finding out that all 16 U.S. intelligence agencies agreed there is no evidence that Iran is developing nuclear weapons technology. That's just the beginning.
