for clean air

[Of course you know it has been pointed out numerous times that this win might disappear into thin air if and when such a thing as the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement were to get finalized by the secret negotiators and then to go into effect in the participant countries. (LINK) This EPA action sounds great, but President Obama might be ready to give up jurisdiction over such things as clean air and water regulation to the tender mercies of new international corporate courts. Just to mention, the newly won (from the FCC) Internet freedom and neutrality is at that same risk. (LINK)]
